Bill has established himself as a pioneer in the world of athlete marketing and personal brand management. His work in the early 2000's with icons such as Yao Ming and Steve Nash in many ways helped set the standard for athlete marketing. Bill served as CMO at BDA Sports Management, where notable clients included Yao, Nash, Carmelo Anthony and Rajon Rondo, and as SVP of Marketing at Excel Sports Management, where notable clients included Blake Griffin, Danica Patrick, Derek Jeter, Kevin Love and Brandon Ingram. Bill earned his MBA at UCLA's Anderson School of Management, where he serves as an adjunct professor of sports marketing.

Before joining the team at AIM, Cole worked as the Director of Digital Media for UC Irvine Athletics. He created and produced video, photo, and graphic design content for all 18 UCI Athletic accounts on 3 platforms. He is fluent in all things digital media from content creation to strategy to the execution and production of paid ad campaigns. He holds a degree in Computer Science with an emphasis in design from Southern Virginia University where he was an Academic All-American on the universities' baseball team.

Jesse joins August Icon Marketing as the Sales & Marketing Coordinator after 4 years of working in the baseball industry. Before joining the team he worked at WIN Reality as a Player Development Coordinator. With over 4 years in the sports industry, he is well versed in sales, marketing, and sponsorships. He holds a degree in Sociology from California State University, Los Angeles, where we was a member of the universities' baseball team.

Prior to joining the AIM team, Jordan directed athlete marketing for Icona Agency as well as founding his own creative marketing agency, NorthSouth. Jordan has a deep passion for helping athletes build their personal brands and create a legacy that lasts. Jordan holds a degree in Communications from Brigham Young University.
Jordan is driven, knows how to negotiate and execute deals with finesse, and does so with a great positivity that attracts brand partners to him. He is already one of the bright young stars in the athlete branding business!

With over 11 years of experience in both international and North American markets, Nadia is a communications professional with an extensive history of delivering strategic, integrated public relations and marketing campaigns for a variety of clients within the luxury goods and sports sectors. Prior to joining the team at AIM, Nadia has developed and launched international campaigns for a range of luxury and sports apparel clients, including Umbro Canada, New Balance, Hudson Jeans, Audi Canada, and Moët Hennessy in Canada. Through her partnerships with these brands, Nadia routinely provided strategic guidance at the intersection of data-driven insights and inspirational storytelling, and her experience in event-based, experiential marketing has taken her to red carpets in New York and Toronto.
